Responsible for planning, consulting and coordinating all aspects of events to meet the objectives and needs of clients, both remotely and on-site. Function as the key person that innovates with much creativity to introduce new ideas to all events that has been managed since 2005. Accountable for the collaboration with vendors to meet high demand in the most cost-effective manner, generating the greatest ROI to the company. Responsible for the negotiation, submission, contract management and purchase orders for an average of MYR1.2 million events annually solely.

2009 Key Projects and Results:

• To assist and provide professional consultation on company’s marketing plan and branding strategies in Malaysia and South East Asia.
• To develop marketing tools – custom booth, outlet display fixtures, print materials and advertisements.

• An inaugural and pilot project between Intel, which involves a turnover of RM1.5million.
• A reward and redemption program for Intel employees from the Greater Asia Region who have served Intel for more than 5 years.

Project lead – responsible for analyzing the project requirements in terms of IT development, human resources, logistics and warehousing, SOP, vendor sourcing and contract negotiation, deployment and progressive monitoring of the redemption program. To ensure that all job scopes laid out by Intel are met in the most cost and resources effective manner.

• One of the mega events for Federal Govt. and Penang Tourism Action Council in their calendar of events of 2009
• A 3 days event which consists of these major sectors – Penang Hawker Delights, iFoodex and Battle of Chefs
• Estimated number of visitors over 3 days were close to 80000 pax.

Project lead – for Penang Hawker Delights and focal person between the Penang Tourism Action Council(PTAC), Intranasionale Event Management and Penang Chef Association. Work closely with PTAC to ensure all event logistics, facilities setup, staging, audio and visual equipments and promotional activities are in order.

• 3200 attendees
• Exciting activities for all demographic group

Project lead – to come out with something new and exciting for employees and family members between a limited budget provided by First Solar. Propose and plan the event for customer, coordinate and manage event crew and vendors professionally resulting in a pleasant working experience for all.
